At The Shift, my goal is to make getting started feel as clear, supportive, and straightforward as possible. From your first consultation to ongoing counseling, you'll know what to expect every step of the way. Together, we'll work to better understand what's been keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and help you create a life that feels true to who you are.
The Shift Counseling & Wellness accepts self-pay clients and select insurance plans. Your shift begins with a single step, and you don't have to take it alone.

A brief, no-pressure call to talk through what you’re looking for, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. This consultation is not therapy and does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Individual counseling provides one-on-one support in a confidential, collaborative space. Sessions focus on unpacking experiences, reflecting on patterns, and learning and practicing skills that support emotional regulation, decision-making, and personal growth over time.
Initial Intake Fee = $120
60-Minute Session = $100
45-Minute Session = $65

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is a wellness-based, body-focused offering informed by Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). Sessions center choice-making, interoceptive awareness, and strengthening the brain–body connection to support grounding, regulation, and reconnection. This service is not psychotherapy.
60-Minute Individual Trauma-Sensitive Yoga = $100

Community outreach includes workshops, presentations, and facilitated conversations for schools, organizations, and community groups. These offerings are designed to support education, reflection, and meaningful dialogue around mental health and wellness topics.

Group offerings at The Shift include grief support groups, trauma-informed movement groups, and community-based wellness events. These spaces are designed to foster connection, shared experience, and intentional growth outside of traditional therapy.
