From your first consultation to ongoing counseling, you'll know what to expect every step of the way. Together, we'll work to better understand what's been keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and help you create a life that feels true to who you are.

The Shift Counseling & Wellness accepts self-pay clients and select insurance plans. Your shift begins with a single step, and you don't have to take it alone.
