At The Shift Counseling & Wellness, we provide mental health counseling, trauma-sensitive yoga, and community experiences for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. Together, we'll question the beliefs that have been shaping your life, develop practical tools for meaningful change, and help you move from understanding yourself to living with greater confidence, intention, and self-trust.
